Hey there, I’m Alexandra

I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor based in Vancouver, BC, passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges and reconnect with their authentic selves. Together, we’ll create a space where growth, healing, and meaningful change are possible.

My Values

These values guide everything I do, and I’d love to help you explore how they can transform your life. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here to support you. Let’s connect!

  • I believe that true healing begins when we show up as our authentic selves. In my practice, I create a space where you can be genuine, vulnerable, and judgment-free. Together, we’ll explore what authenticity means for you and how to live a life aligned with your true values.

  • Human connection is at the heart of growth and healing. I value building meaningful, trusting relationships with my clients, ensuring you feel seen, heard, and understood. In our work together, I aim to help you cultivate deeper connections with yourself and the people who matter most to you.

  • You have the strength to create meaningful change in your life. My role is to help you uncover that strength, giving you the tools and confidence to navigate challenges, set healthy boundaries, and pursue the life you deserve.

  • Every journey is unique, and self-compassion is essential in the process of growth. I approach each session with empathy and care, helping you develop kindness toward yourself as you heal and grow.

My Approach

My practice is grounded in the belief that everyone’s journey is unique and deserves a safe, welcoming space. I recognize the powerful connections between mind, body, and emotions, and I’m here to guide you toward deeper self-awareness and meaningful growth. Drawing on a variety of therapeutic methods, I tailor each session to your individual needs, ensuring you receive the comprehensive care and support you deserve.

When I’m not counselling, you’ll find me curled up with a fantasy novel, singing Taylor Swift’s lyrics at the top of my lungs, or enjoying the great BC outdoors!
